All Rooms have Queen Beds, updated private baths, iron and ironing boards, hair dryers, and are WI-FI accessible.

Robes are provided and are useful when using the hot-tub – bring a swimming suit!

The Agnes Suite is the only guest room with a television and a small fridge. 

We do have a large screen TV in the living room for shared guest use (We cannot deny our guests access to the Red Sox games or Morning news programs).  The living room also has a fireplace which you may want to use, even in July, and tons of books to help you relax.

Coffee is ready in the morning by 7:00 on the porch.

During the summer the rooms have window air-conditioners.

Please note: All rooms are on the second floor and are not handicap accessible.

All guest rooms are the original bedrooms of an 1855 farm house, small in size but rich in the warmth and coziness of the period.
